Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa

For more than four decades students around the world have sought out Gurmukh's classes in Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Since being baptized more than 40 years ago with the spiritual name that means, "one who helps people across the world ocean," Gurmukh has dedicated her life to fulfilling her namesake. 

As two of the world's leading Kundalini Yoga teachers, she and her husband Gurushabd travel worldwide, bringing this vast Technology and Teacher Training Programs to students globally. She is the creator and pioneer of The Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Immersion. Her spiritual teacher Yogi Bhajan taught, "We came not to gather students, but to create teachers." She has dedicated her life to these teachings.

Gurmukh's book, Bountiful Beautiful Blissful, has been a long-time yoga best-seller along with her many DVDs.

Sarah Kamrath

Above all, a mother, Sarah is also the creator of the highly acclaimed documentary series, Happy Healthy Child: A Holistic Approach—featuring the world’s leading experts in pregnancy, birth and early parenting. She is currently working on a new project: A Year Outside the Box, which shares her family’s experience of ditching “normal” life to seek inspiration and adventures while travelling the world.

One of Sarah’s greatest passions and blessings has been teaching Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga and Meditation trainings world-wide alongside Gurmukh for over 10 years. Sarah is an IKYTA Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. She is also a trained doula and freelance writer whose work has been published in Pathways to Family Wellness Magazine, Mind Body Green, and Mothering Magazine to name a few. 

When not adventuring, she lives with her two children and husband in a small town just outside of New York City.

Wahe Kaur Khalsa

Wah is the daughter of Gurmukh and teaches from the experience of being the first Khalsa Way baby. 

She was born into the lineage of Kundalini Yoga. Wah has been teaching Kundalini since she was 18 and graduated her official training, even though she has been in training her whole life:) Wah has always had a special affection for the process of pregnancy, birth and children. With her insight having grown up in these ways she brings personal experience of how they can shape and effect a human life, from conception and on. She lives a yogic lifestyle and feels blessed to get to share these teachings.

Her goal in life is to empower women, to give them tools to become the masters of their own lives, births and motherhood. She truly believes that when women heal, the world will heal.
